Lysichiton camtschatcensis Bletilla we think you will loveWe have been thrilled and surprised be able to grow the Asian aroid, Lysichiton camtschatcensis in our hot, humid Eastern United States garden. Despite hailing from Northern Russia and Japan, we've grown and flowered this fascinating aroid in a lightly shaded, humus rich, soggy site, where it has thrived. For us, the foliage begins to emerge in mid February, alongside the 1' tall stalks of white spathiphyllum like flowers. After the flowers fade, the
