One large butterfly is spread over the middle of this clock, wings in banded orange and yellow with dark veins, edged in brown and dotted with pale blue beads along the trailing edge. Its brown body runs straight down the centre and thin antennae reach up towards the twelve. Green leaves and coral and orange blossoms crowd the lower half, and the ground behind is deep blue.
