Runoff Diversion Membrane ADS The Dandy Curb Sack isThe runoff diversion membrane is a flexible waterproof, non biodegradable plastic. It is proudly made in the USA of high density polyethylene (HDPE) UV resistant plastic. Additionally it will not be damaged by insects and rodents, the plastic does not decay or mildew. The double sided HDPE seam tape can be used to join several rolls of HDPE. It comes in a range of thicknesses and sizes. The range of thicknesses is 30 mil to 100 mil (a mil is a 1,000th
