The duo, both members of the Juice Crew, started working together in the mid 80s and released their first album, Road To Riches in 1989. Their work together became near instant hip hop classics. Kool G eventually began a solo career in the mid 90s, but those first few albums with DJ Polo are still some of the best. This original Kool G Rap and DJ
