Domaine Dujac, Echezeaux other_regions_italy Tasted at the Suduiraut vertical(from the climat Champs Traversin). An unusually high toned nose of red berry fruit, earth and an intriguing mix of spice elements that include clove, anise plus a note of hoisin complements well the rich, full bodied and velvety flavors that also have an inherent exoticism, all wrapped in a mouth coating, pure and focused finish that delivers both excellent length as well as a seductive mouth feel. I particularly like the underlying sense of tension.
